Beautiful gardens, unique architecture, helpful staff, great for weddings, warm and homely atmosphere.

Nothing it is perfect.

All the staff were very friendly and happy to help. The food a restuarant was execellent, especially the buffet breakfast, which is included in the cost of the room. Good access to internet services and heaps on tv channels to choose from.

Really liked the hotel, would stay there again in the future, only drawback is they host a lot of weddings / functions, so it can be a noisy late into the night.

I like the people which work there. The place is beautiful.

With beautiful gardens and professional staff, guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay.

The communication with the staff may be difficult for those who do not speak Spanish.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, assisting me with all my needs. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel's location was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, reasonably close to the metro and the airport.

It is a great hotel but the best part is their backyard with pool and relaxing surroundings.

The hotel was in a great neighborhood, with easy access to the metro and a supermarket nearby. the garden setting was also nice to relax in after a long day. the breakfast was good with a decent variety.

Unfortunately our Easter experience was not the best. the rooms were old and noisy with poor sound insulation.

All was excellent except they in justice to all should take their terrble so call prime rib off the menue, it was the worst by far I have ever eaten, or should I say I tried to eat

Spending Easter at this cozy hotel was the best decision we made. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The gardens were lovely to relax in, and the pool was an added bonus during the hot days of our stay. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

The shower room was quite tiny, but it wasn't a big deal. our experience was delightful, and we look forward to returning soon.
